Remigo does not routinely monitor user content but reserves the right to access, remove, or disclose content where necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforce these Terms, protect users, or address security or technical issues.

9. Disclaimer

The Website and Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we strive for accuracy, Remigo does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remigo disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remigo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Services.

In all cases, Remigo’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount paid by you to Remigo for the Services during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Use of the Website is not permitted in jurisdictions that do not give effect to these Terms.
